I believe this is a religious recommendation that is preached by the people of the clergy, in all religions and cultures. We must be kind and love our neighbors, but wait a minute, how much love are we talking about? Well, I suppose when there is too much love you just better be careful and not be caught with your pants down, if you know what I mean. It kind of illustrates how people can misinterpret and manipulate good, wholesome advice to their own advantage and perverted thinking.
