A method utilized by a single woman to communicate to a man that she is interested in him.

Despite being advised to do so, many women have difficulty looking a man directly in the eyes, not necessarily due to the shyness, but usually due to the fact that a woman’s eyes are not located in her chest.

On a side note…I do believe the above is the main reason why women go out of their way to show some cleavage. So I guess the eye-to-chest  approach is not something that most women frown upon but rather encourage and I might even say, take advantage of.  A push up bra and some public cleavage would go a long way in distracting that dude and give us some slack and upper hand in the conversation.
