Unfortunately, people around us will often mirror how we feel about ourselves and it is very true that when there is nobody around to love us and make us feel special we can eventually lose worth of ourselves and stop loving ourselves. Love comes in all kinds of forms, love doesn’t have to be the love of a lover only, the love of friends and family is very important as well and will remind us that we are valuable and lovely. People by nature need to have some form of pleasant company. Loneliness causes low self esteem, depression, anxiety, despair and eventually it may even lead to self hatred. So please always give love a chance.
