The Love Quotes Encyclopedia Submission Guidelines

The Love Quotes Encyclopedia welcomes all submissions from our readers and visitors. In order to expedite the processing of your love quotes, make sure you are familiar with our submission guidelines. Please read the following carefully. This will ensure a relative shorter delay prior to your quotes being posted and will prevent your submissions from being rejected.

1)Before you submit, make sure you have browsed enough throughout The Encyclopedia and that whatever you are suubmitting is in par with whatever is already there. Your love quote can be personal or a classic one from famous authors, movies, and songs.

2) Make sure that what you want to submit is not already on our site. More than 20% of the submissions we receive every day are already posted!

Please note that we may have the same quote you submitted but haven't had the time yet to process it and post it. Our policy is to give credit to the first person that submits any quote.

3)Spell check your quote before submission. The presence of spelling errors in a submission results in a significant delay in its processing.

Also, try to format your quote in a way that you feel should appear on The Encyclopedia. We go at length to make sure that all quotes are pleasing to the eye as well. Quotes that are well formatted receive pririty formatting. Do not use any HTML tags.

4) Once  a submission has been processed and approved, you'll receive an email letting you know of that. We'll post a spellchecked, edited and   formatted quote at our own discretion and give you credit as a submitter, author, or both. We'll put your email next to your submission and the URL of your homepage if you have submitted one.

5) After a quote you submitted has been posted, you need to be aware of the fact that we give you no guarantees as for how long your quote will remain posted. We reserve the right to remove any quote from The Encyclopedia at any time and without any due warning or explanation. We further give no warranty whatsoever as for how long The Love Quotes Encyclopedia will stay online.

6) We, in no way, give any kind of a guarantee that the quotes we post on our site are free of errors including spelling and source errors. We go at length trying to optimize what we post but our process is by no mean foolproof.

Art Submission Guidelines

The Love Quotes Encyclopedia welcomes your art and graphics submissions. Of particular interest to us are  graphics that can be used as romantic backgrounds actual  images for our postcards section. We also welcome logos/banners/and title graphics customized for The Love Quotes Encyclopedia. In return, we give you credit and a link to your site next to every graphic you submit.

Authors who submit their works, material, artwork, graphics, ideas or content to us retain their copyrights, but grant The Love Quotes Encyclopedia world wide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to reproduce and distribute their submitted material in printed form or by any other medium either now known or hereinafter devised, and forego any payment or compensation for the submitted material.
